Let's quickly review our tips.

Tip1: Start the day with positive affirmation.

Tip 2: Focus on the good things, however small.

Tip 3: Find humor in bad situations.

Tip 4. Turn failures into lessons.

5. Transform negative self-talk into positive self-talk.

Negative self-talk can creep up easily and is often hard to notice. You might say within, I’m so bad at this or I shouldn’t have tried that. But these thoughts turn into internalized feelings and cement your conceptions of yourself. When you catch yourself doing this, stop and replace those negative messages with positive ones by speaking positive words. For example, I’m so bad at this becomes Once I get more practice, I’ll be way better at this. I shouldn’t have tried becomes That didn’t work out as planned— but it will next time.

Jesus taught positive self-talk. Jesus said you can have what you say!

Transform negative self talk into positive self talk.

Mark 11:23 GOD’S WORD Translation

23 I can guarantee this truth: This is what will be done for someone who doesn’t doubt but believes what he says will happen: He can say to this mountain, ‘Be uprooted and thrown into the sea,’ and it will be done for him.
